2017 Spring Season Registration

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation and submit payment. You will also have an option to pay offline by check.

IMPORTANT ----------------------------

CURRENT MEMBERS SHOULD "LOG IN" PRIOR TO REGISTERING.
FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS BEING CREATED.

All players must have a current USA Hockey membership (valid through August, 2017) in order to register. Please have your membership number available. If you have misplaced this information, you can retrieve a copy at the USA Hockey website.

Dates of the Program: April 3rd - May 27th (8 weeks)

Evaluations: at Addison NHL Rink

Sunday, March 19 - 4:40-5:40 p.m. - 8th Graders/Freshmen

Sunday, March 19 - 5:50-6:50 p.m. - Sophomores/Juniors

Spring Practice Times:

Mondays: 7:55-8:55 pm and 9:05-10:05 pm
Wednesdays: 9:00-10:30 pm

Players will be assigned specific time slots after evaluations.
