TRYOUT REGISTRATION FOR : 2014, 2013, 2012, 2011, 2010, 2009, 2008

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for team tryout and submit tryout fee payment.

To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available.

Following the completion of this registration, you will see a charge on your account from Wisconsin Jr Jets Hoc.

By registering for tryout, you are acknowledging that you will participate and promptly pay player fees if selected for a team roster spot.

Full Player Fee is $700-$800 (includes All Practices, Training Sessions, Apparel, Game Uniform, Scrimmage Game(s) & 2 Spring Tournaments
