2023 Polar Caps Learn to Play "Valentine" Session

Welcome to the Polar Caps Learn to Play "Valentine" session. This program provides players with the opportunity to learn and develop their skating and hockey skills alongside their current and future teammates. Please note that for skaters new to hockey, we will be offering this program throughout the year about every 2 to 3 months. 

High School District Requirement:

The program is open to families Who reside within the Madison Memorial and Madison West high school districts. 

The Polar Caps LTP is only open to skaters in the Madison West or Memorial HS districts. If you live in another district please consider locating your local hockey club such as the Madison Patriots, Verona Wildcats, Waunakee Wildcats,  Middleton Cardinals, or Sun Prairie Cardinals to name a few.  Most clubs have a LTP program or an initiation team.  If you have any questions on this...
