REGISTRATION PROCESS

Make sure you accurately fill out each page with the correct information for each player you register. you will need to register multiple players at the same time as the first player to qualify for the discounted prices at the end of the registration session to pay online.

Print the PDF file below titled "Registration Checklist" and bring those forms with your birth certificate(s) and the email notification you will receive once you complete the registration.

To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available.

Following the completion of this registration, you will see a charge on your account from West Bend Youth Football.

When you bring the required birth certificate(s) to the registration this year our Secretary will complete the verification process to ensure you have registered for the correct team, this will also eliminate the need to come in person to finalize...
