This registration session will allow you to complete contact information for each player on your team. To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available. Please note, American Express is not available as a payment option.

You will need the following items scan into your computer complete your registraton.

Proof of Birth: PDF

Player Photo: Front Facing Head Shot - Passport style photo, approximately 1.5 inches x 1.5 inches square. File type must be jpeg or png and total file size no more than 1 MB.
