Welcome to the 2017-2018 Travel Tryouts Registration

This registration session will allow you to sign up for participation, complete contact information, and submit payment for the 2017-2018 Travel Tryouts. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. To complete registration and payment through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available. Following the completion of this registration, you will see a charge on your account from Warwick Junior Hockey and detailed receipt will be delivered to the email you used to register.

USA Hockey Requirement / Request USA Hockey Number

Each Player must be registered with USA Hockey, this registration will use the 2016-2017 USA Hockey Number. If you do not currently have a USA Hockey number, or do not know the number, please complete step one.
