USA Elite Softball Team Sanction Form

Welcome to the USA Softball!

Please complete the following information in order to sanction your team for the 2017 season. Team sanctions expire on December 31st of the calendar year. Please keep in mind that certain events such as USA Softball Nationals and National Qualifiers require you to have Individual Player Registration cards which include your yearly sanction fee. If you have any questions about what type of sanction you need, please contact us.

To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available. Following the completion of this registration, you will see a charge on your account from USA Elite Softball.

Please note that uploading your roster during the sanction process is not required.
