PlyoCity / Team Momentum will be hosting training all summer long starting in May - July. There are classes you can take Monday - Thursday based on your age and availability. There are weekend positional classes in May, June and July for both middle school and high school athletes.
Getting better requires consistent training, and even if your summer schedule is busy you can train once per week or twice per week based on your schedule.
