FRIDAY "FRI-YAY!" OPEN GYM

Open Gyms at Dynasty Volleyball are designed for VIPS and other 6-11 year old athletes interested in getting volleyball reps in a fun and fast-paced training environment. The first 30 minutes of open gym will include skill demonstrations and drills, and the last hour of open gym will be spent playing fun skill-building games like singles, doubles, fast fours and black magic. This will give your athlete the opportunity to keep advancing their skills between VIP sessions.
The cost is $15 per open gym, and you can sign up for the dates that work for your athlete's schedule.
