We have recently changed the way we do registrations now so please read this carefully.
Team captains must register their teams on this form, they can now elect how the team pays their registration fee as a team or as an individual.
Captains who fill out this form should know that they will need to provide individual emails of the players they wish to have on the team so we can send out registration invites to those players so they can individually accept the waivers and media release forms as well are contractually obligated to pay their fees if they are paying on their own.
If a team captain does not know that players information, they can still register to state they will have more players than the number of emails provided but there will be a requirement that those player register themselves before they can play this upcoming season.
