This registration will allow you to provide contact information, sign consents, and submit payment. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, or Discover account information available. Upon completion of registration, a charge from SLPPYFA NGIN will appear on your account.

Tackle Football Fee (2nd-6th grade): $20 Early Bird Discount if registered by 6/30/17

May 1-June 30, cost is: $220

July 1-July 15, cost is: $240

Multi-player family discount available for tackle players only, at $20 discount per additional player after the first full paying player.
