2017 Valley Cup Tournament Registration

TOURNAMENT DATES: June 17 & 18

LOCATION: Apple Valley, MN

COST: $50 per player

PARTICIPATING TEAMS: Boys 12U Black & Boys 14U Black

Before the tournament, your team manager will provide you with a link to complete the mandatory waiver.

Refunds

Up until a program registration closes, the Minnetonka Lacrosse Association (MLA) will give consideration to written requests for withdrawal and refund. In all cases MLA will retain a 15% processing fee for incurred costs from the web provider registration service and administrative costs. After a program registration has closed, no refunds or cancellations will be given except in the case of injury or similar extenuating circumstances which prevents practice and game participation, and then only by approval of the Minnetonka Lacrosse Association Board of Directors.
