Welcome to the Sanford Pentagon Basketball Academy Workout Registration!

Throughout the registration process you will be asked to provide contact information, sign a consent form and submit payment.  Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is entered accurately.   Payment for workouts or gym space is required at the conclusion of the registration session and can be made on our secured site.  Acceptable forms of payment include Visa, MasterCard, or Discover card.
