2017 Summer Elite Boys Goalkeepers & Strikers Camp

This is a high-level camp for SFEA members run by Tom Atencio and staff. This camp is designed for travel/competitive level players only.

Schedule:

June 11 - 16

Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday (NO Wednesday session)

Time: 6:00 -7:30 pm

Ages: Boys born in 1999 - 2007 groups will be separated by age

Location: University of San Francisco Negoesco Field. Located at the corner of Turk & Parker streets, San Francisco, CA 94117 .

GOALKEEPERS

Goalkeepers will be led through a series of exercises designed to improve their mobility, shot-stopping skills, handling, footwork, and diving. Simulated game situations like crosses, corner kicks, free kicks, and breakaways will be recreated to give keepers the repetition they need to feel comfortable in any situation. Goalies will be taught how to become more confident, vocal leaders as they develop the knowledge necessary to lead their defense.
