The New Jersey Rockets are proud members of the USPHL Premier and Elite Divisions. The USPHL is a proven pathway for young adults between the ages of 16-20 to develop into outstanding collegiate and professional players while playing in some of the nation’s state of the art facilities.

The Rockets provide over 100 Hrs. of on-ice training over 100 Hrs. of off-ice training, including a supervised strength program, speed, agility and quickness training.

With the USPHL Elite & Premier Junior programs serving as our direct college placement levels, the Rockets incorporate a comprehensive training and competition calendar with the objective of preparing young men for the demands of college hockey.
