River Park Youth Baseball

Established in 1963, River Park Youth Baseball is a Cal Ripken Youth Baseball League located at the one-and-only Ciavarella Field in Sacramento, CA. Our league is focused on teaching players (aged 4-12) to play the game of baseball while promoting the ideas of good sportsmanship, teamwork, honesty, loyalty, courage and respectfulness.

The regular baseball (spring) season begins yearly with evaluations held in January for our Majors, Minors and Rookies divisions. Practices start in February for all divisions, including Tee Ball. And our Opening Day festivities, including the treasured parade through the beautiful River Park neighborhood, is held on the first Saturday in March. Games continue through June.

During the fall, we offer skills clinics/scrimmages running in September and October.
