Welcome to the 2017 Patriots Spring Registration with Pleasant Prairie Hockey!

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation or sponsorships and submit payment. To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover or checking account information available. Following the completion of this registration, you will see a charge on your account from Plst Pr Patriots Hky.

Please note that your registration payment is non-refundable. The one exception to this rule is if your player is not placed on a team. If that is the case, you will be issued a full refund.

No refunds will be given to players who are placed on a team but choose not to play. Additionally, if a player elects to quit mid-season, they are still responsible for the entire season fee.
