Skill level increases and players are challenged with a variety of skill levels and abilities. This division is considered advanced play. The skill level is much higher than that of Minors. Play is faster and pitching becomes more consistent and accurate. Strategy becomes an integral part of the game.

- Pitch count is in effect for pitchers.
- 50ft pitching mound, 70ft bases
- Lead-off and steal
- Balks
- Coaches bat the bench, every player bats the entire game
- Each player plays at least 2 defensive innings
- Professional Umpire Association hired for each game.
- Games and practices are primarily held at Elk Field. Occasionally games/practices are held at Heritage Park on South Hill. Some practices will be at Diamond Sports.
