Welcome to the 2017-2018 Season Player Registration with Proctor Hockey!

This registration session will allow you to sign up for Proctor Hockey by completing contact information and submitting payment in full or a payment plan. To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover or Checking account information available. Following the completion of this registration, you will see a charge on your account from Proctor Hockey.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE FOR ALL RETURNING PLAYERS IS SEPTEMBER 15
A $75 late fee will be accessed to returning players registering after (9/16/2017) the above deadline)

All players must register at the appropriate age level per the below Minnesota Hockey Age Classification chart for the 2017-2018 season.
