PREP HOCKEY FALL 2023-2024

Welcome to the PREP HOCKEY FALL 2023-2024 Registration!

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. 

To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa or MasterCard information available.  Payment will either be made in full or can be spread out on a credit card for 6 installment payments.  Credit card fees apply and are not paid to PREP.

If you prefer to pay by Check or Zelle, there will be instructions.  Cash payments required to be paid in full and will not have a payment plan available. Cash payments not subject to credit card fees.

Tryouts are August 20 at 2:30pm, 22nd at 8:10pm, and 24th at 8:10pm all at Mount Prospect

Mandatory Player/Parent Meeting on August 16 at 7pm at Arlington Heights Library
