U18.19 RDA Boys (2000.1999) - ECNL

The U18.19 (2000.1999) RDA Boys ECNL team falls into Stage 3 of the overall philosophy of our club - Advancement Stage

Performance based identification opportunities; Tactical systems; Physical/emotional development
4 training sessions per week, inclusive of Speed and Strength
ECNL + Friendlies + Showcase Tournaments

There will be two teams at the combined age group

1) 2000.1999 ECNL

2) 2000.1999 ECNL Composite**

With the combination of two senior age groups, Under-18 and 19, the ECNL provides a secondary platform that supports players in their final stages of development and identification. The 00/99 RDA ECNL team will be comprised of top players from the 99 and 00 age groups.

The ECNL Composite Team, which will compete in a full ECNL schedule, including league games and ECNL Composite events, is expected to include predominantly players born in 2000, but will also include 99s as well....
