Welcome to the 2023 North Creek Jr Jaguars Football Registration for NCJJFA!

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment. 

IMPORTANT: You must complete the entire registration in one session; there is no save and continue option. Please have the following documentation available before you proceed with registration:

Emergency Contacts
Insurance Information (company, policy #, group #, phone)
Physician Information (name, hospital, phone)
Medical history, including allergies and medical conditions

NOTE:  If you are requesting a scholarship/financial aid to assist with the registration fee, please do not register until you have received a decision on your scholarship application.  If you have not completed the scholarship application, please click here to complete that application first.  NCJJFA will not be able to process refunds on registration...
