JERSEY NUMBER REQUIRED FOR REGISTRATION

If your player does not have an assigned number, you must obtain a jersey number prior to completing registration, as you will need it on the registration form.  

Contact Jamie Sinkula (jamie.sinkula@gmail.com) with your player’s first and last name and birth date so she can assign a number. 

Jersey and apparel ordering will start February 15.  Additional communication will be sent with links to Identity Stores once the store goes live.

After your player has been assigned a number, you can come back to this site and complete the registration.
