Welcome to the Monticello Lacrosse 2017 Summer Registration!

Online registration will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment. Please read through each page carefully to ensure all information is accurate.

To fully complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available.

Note: If you prefer to pay by check, please complete the online registration process and select the Pay Offline option in the shopping cart. Then mail your payment to the Club's mailing address.

Refunds and Cancellations

Please note there are fees and costs associated to registering and fielding teams. If you decide not to participate after registering/paying but before the official start of the season, the Club may charge a $20 non-refundable fee. If you decide not to participate after the official start of the season, the Club may retain the entire registration.
