Welcome to the Registration site for Monroe Youth Hockey Association.

This registration will allow you to provide contact information and sign consents for the 2022-23 hockey season.  Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately.   Please enter the email addresses of ALL people who need to be contacted throughout the season; emails are sent to addresses based on these registration reports.

The first installment of $100 will be due prior to the first tryout and/or practice session in order for your child to participate in on-ice activities.  This $100 will be applied toward your season fees.  

Begin the registration process by registering your oldest child first.  You will be prompted at the end to register another child before the payment screen.

We will not hold "in person registration" this year except if this is your child's first year...
