Welcome everyone. As we know these events take the help of everyone to make them successful. This year we are adding a bit of a twist to the Voyageur Cup. Volunteers will have first choice of tent/spectator spots. Non-volunteers will be asked to wait to set up their tents until the volunteers have selected their locations.
We will need the following groups:
1. Field layout/painting lines
2. Loading truck at storage unit
3. Equipment set up
4. Judges
5. Check in
6. Scorecard collection/verification/shooting time/day
7. Takedown/load truck
8. Unload at storage unit
Volunteers will have first choice of tent/spectator locations.
