Welcome to the 2017-2018 MJA Fall Team Tryout Registration with the Milwaukee Jr. Admirals.

All tryout participants must register here for the MJA 2017-2018 Season Teams.

To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover or checking account information available. Upon completion of registration, a charge from Milwaukee Jr. Admirals will appear on your account.

USA Hockey Requirement

Each Player must register first with USA Hockey for the 2017-2018 Season, and then return to this Registration Session to register for the tryout session.

This player's 2017-2018 USA Hockey number will be valid for both the team tryout as well as the season.

If this player does not currently have a 2017-2018 USA Hockey Confirmation number, please follow the steps below to obtain one.
