Welcome to the 2022 Spring Break Clinic Registration!
Clinics run daily Monday, April 11 - Friday, April 15 from 9am-12pm at Old Short Hills Park.
Cost is $40 per session and players can sign up for as many days as they'd like. Players must be a Millburn Soccer Club member in grades K-8.
Registrants will need to provide basic player, parent, emergency contact and medical information, and required to submit payment. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available. Following the completion of this registration, you will see a charge on your account from Millburn Soccer Club.
