MYSL 2017 Middlebury Youth Soccer League

Welcome to the 2017 Middlebury Youth Soccer League!

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available. Following the completion of this registration, you will see a charge on your account from MYSL.

NEW TEAM STRUCTURE

MYSL will now build teams based on AGE and not grade. You will be asked your Player's Birth Year at the time of registration.

TEAMS WILL BE AS FOLLOWS:

4U - 5U - 6U - 7U - 8U - 10U - 14U

Registration Deadline - May 31st, 2017
Any registration received after May 31st will be placed on a team only if space is available.
A late fee of $15 per child will apply.
