2023 MIAMI HYPE OFF-SEASON CLUB TRAINING PROGRAM!
This 6-week program will run from 5/22-6/30, Mondays and Fridays, 5pm-7pm. This program will include 30 minutes of strength and conditioning, followed by 1.5 hrs of intermediate to advanced volleyball training. This program is geared towards club level volleyball players who want to train in the off-season, in preparation for school/club tryouts and the next club season.
