Welcome to the 2023-2024Registration

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, rent equipment, and submit payment. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately.

DO NOT START THE REGISTRATION PROCESS WITHOUT THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:

If this is your child's first year playing hockey, you will need a scanned copy or picture of your child's birth certificate.
USA Hockey number, You must register with USA Hockey and get a confirmation number before starting registration. This is a new number every year.
If you plan to pay offline with cash, check, or VENMO (@WC-Oilers-1), you must request the "pay offline password" prior to registering. You can obtain this password by emailing the club's registrar at wcoiler.registrar@outlook.com
If you plan to pay online, have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover,or checking account information...
