This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available. Following the completion of this registration, you will see a charge on your account from Maximum Velocity FC.

Spring 2017 info

Season begins the end of March and ends in June

All practices and home games will be in the Dover and Lee NH area (Berwick ME is possible also)

2 practices and 1-2 games a week

Uniforms are included in the Fee. Returning players can use the same uniforms from spring and fall 2017.
