Welcome to the Futsal Session 2 Registration!

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available.  Following the completion of this registration, you will see a charge on your account from MV-FC.

Session 2 info

The League we play in uses the school year DOB. Example U10 is 8.1.2007 or younger
Season Start date is January 22nd .  Games start January 28th
All practices will be in the Madbury, Lee, an Durham area.
Games will be at Berwick Academy on Sundays
1 practice and 1 game a week
The fee is $175 per session
Uniforms are not included in the cost. (you can use you spring 2017 or fall 2017 uniform
