Welcome to the 2017-18 Tryout Registration

This Registration, accompanied by a non-refundable, non-transferable $50 per player tuition deposit, is due no later than March 1, 2017.

A refundable rostering fee of $500* will be deducted on May 1, 2017. If you wish to withdraw from the program prior to May 1, the rostering fee will NOT be assessed.
Provided refund requests fall within the guidelines set forth by Masco Youth Hockey.

The total of these two payments ($550) is applied to your 2017-18 tuition.

Late registrations will be subject to a $25 late fee.

No player will be allowed to register or try out if they have an outstanding balance from the 2016-2017 season. If you have questions about your balance please contact Eric Caputo, Treasurer, at ecaputo-myh@comcast.net.

All players (including current "1" team players) are expected to attend all the tryout sessions at their respective 2017-2018 level.
