Welcome to the 2017 Fall Football Registration with Maple Grove Youth Football Association.

This registration will allow you to provide contact information, sign consents and submit payment. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. Register your player based on the grade level for the 2017/2018 school year.

To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover or checking account information available.

Helmet Check Out will require a $100 deposit check and $100 dibs check if you do not opt out during registration. Checks will be destroyed upon return of helmet and completion of dibs requirement.
