Welcome to the 2023 Tackle Football Registration with Maple Grove Youth Football Association.

This registration will allow you to provide contact information, sign consents and submit payment.  Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately.  Register your player based on the grade level for the 2023/24 school year.

Player Jersey Number Assignments

All numbers will be assigned before the start of the season with no duplicate numbers within each grade level. Please make the appropriate choices during registration. 

For 5th through 8th grade, returning players who sign up on or before July 24th will have first right to keep their number from last year (if...
