This registration will allow you to provide contact information, sign consent, and submit payment. 
 

Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. Please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available to complete registration through our secure site.
 

REGISTRATION FEES

The cost per player is $150.00; there is also a processing fee of $4.50, for a total of $154.50. There are three options for payment:

Pay in full online.
Payment plan: A 3-month plan where auto deductions are made.

FAMILY DISCOUNT

If you are registering more than one player in your family this season, you will receive a registration discount of $20.00 on player #2 and a $25.00 discount on player #3 or more, if applicable. For the registration system to recognize that your family is registering multiple players,...
