Las Cruces Aquatic Team

The Las Cruces Aquatic Team (LCAT) is the premier swim team in Southern New Mexico. Since 1965, LCAT has provided high-quality swim programs to the Las Cruces community. Our professional staff has many years of experience coaching and swimming competitively at the highest levels.

LCAC provides swim instruction from the novice to the elite level. Our developmental group is perfect for those swimmers fresh out of a learn to swim program. This group focuses on becoming increasingly water safe, stroke technique and overall endurance in a fun and relaxed environment.

With all of our programs, we offer a FREE two-week tryout period to see what LCAT has to offer. Free swimmer evaluations are every Thursday from 6:15 - 6:45 pm at New Mexico State University Aquatics Center. To schedule your appointment, visit our website.
