2019 Panther Football Golf Scramble Registration

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment.

Please note that payment is not required at this time.  You can pay the day of the tournament at check in or mail payment.   Also you don't need have your 4-some figured out ... but we encourage you to register to hold your spot.   

Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available.  Following the completion of this registration, you will see a charge on your account.

Who :   Parents, Alumni, Coaches and all supporters of Lakeville North Football.  

When: Friday June 21st at 10:00 am, driving range opens at 9:00am
