Refund Policy

Registration fees are not refundable. A player injured in the off-season, with a written doctor’s notice, will be given a full refund of paid fees. A player that is injured during the season, but has participated in at least one game, will not be issued a refund. 

The registering Player MUST be a resident of the City of Lakeville and/or Independent School District 194 to play for LFSA. Exceptions...
