Welcome to the 2017 Lakes Soccer Registration!

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available. Following the completion of this registration, you will see a charge on your account from Lakes Soccer Club.

Jersey fees are $25. Those will be added to your registration fee if needed. These are the same jerseys as last year. You will need to provide your own black shorts and socks. Please contact me directly if you like to donate your old jerseys.

A ball is required by all players to bring to practice and warm-ups before games. Club will provide game ball, pinnies, practice cones, first aid kits, and other necessary equipment. U6 and U8 players will need a size 3 ball, U10 & U12 a...
