After you complete the Player & Guardian information, you will continue to the Payment Options' Screen. Here, you can choose between varying payment plans and pay with Visa, Master Card, Discover, or ACH (Checking) withdrawal.

You must register first with US Lacrosse and then return to this Registration Session to signup.  If you have not already signed up with US Lacrosse, please follow these steps:
