2022 - Summer - Northwest Metro 7v7 League

7v7 short-sided field format, 20-minute halves with a 5-minute halftime.
Maximum of 15 players, including 1-goalie per team. If a team has more than 15 players sign up, we may split the group into 2-teams, so players get more game play. We can schedule it so that the teams play at different times, so one coach would work with both of their program's teams. Goalies would be welcome to play for both should they want to.
19U, graduated seniors of the 2022 class, are allowed to play in this league.
League will run for 6 weeks from June 23 through July 28 on Thursdays only. Teams may organize their own practices; this league is game play only.
League champions will be based on standings from 5 weeks of gameplay and 1 week of playoffs.
Playoff seeds will be based on standings (i.e., 1st place game will be 1st place team vs 2nd place team, 3rd place game will be 3rd place team vs. 4th place team, etc.)
