This registration session will allow you to provide contact information, sign consents and submit payment. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all in formation is provided accurately. Upon completion of registration a charge from REG.NGIN.COM will appear on your account.

Monday's = Nov. 27, 2023 - Jan. 15, 2024 (no class 12/25/23 or 1/1/24
