This registration will allow you to provide contact information, sign consents and submit payment. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. The registration fee must be paid online at time of registration. NOTE:** 15U-Senior Legion Players will be required to purchase their own baseball pants, from Play It Again Sports in Appleton. The order form will be sent out after everyone has registered, or it can be found on our website.
