Youth Lacrosse for Boys and Lady Cavs

This registration will allow you to provide contact information, sign consents and submit payment.  Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately.  To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available.

A current US Lacrosse membership is required to proceed with registration. US Lacrosse memberships MUST BE RENEWED ANNUALLY and so if your child's CURRENT registration expires prior to July 1, 2019, you must RENEW NOW. If you are uncertain of the current expiration date or need a new membership, click on the Renew / Look Up (Returning Players) or Obtain (New Players) link to complete.
