Divisions: 

    -Girls 12's: 4 team maximum

   -Girls 14's: 20 team maximum

   -Girls 16's: 16 team maximum

   -Girls 18's: 8 team maximum

   -Boys 14's: 20 team maximum

   -Boys 16's: 16 team maximum

   -Boys 18's: 8 team maximum

Divisions offered and division numbers have the potential to change. 

Price: All divisions are $75 per team (plus processing fee).

JVA Player Forms: Both forms are required for all players. Forms must be submitted through these links by Friday, July 30th!
