Please complete this registration to provide contact information for your family, to sign consent forms for your child(ren) and to submit payment for the upcoming in-house baseball season.

Notes:

Registrations received prior to April 25th for senior and major leagues, or May 1st for t-ball, coach pitch and junior leagues are guaranteed to be placed on a team.  Registrations received after these dates are not guaranteed.
The in-house season will kick off the beginning of May (senior and major leagues) or mid-May (t-ball, coach pitch and junior leagues) and will run through July.
More than one child can be registered at one time, with a single check-out at the end.
All children must be registered with correct information (age, grade, etc.).
Once you have registered a child for their first season, that child’s information is stored for future registrations. Just be sure to review for any necessary updates.
