He Gone Catching Baseball Instruction

He Gone Catching and Baseball Instruction is Considered by many to be the preeminent Academy for Catchers in Michigan.

All Instructors have played or coached at the Collegiate or Professional levels. Additionally, all have been trained in communication and customer service skills. This allows them to take complex subjects and present them to the student-athletes in the format they can best learn in.

In addition to working with Catchers, He Gone Baseball also trains and instructs in Hitting, Baserunning, Infield and Outfield work. We also work with former Professional Baseball Coach Bill Masching of the Diamond Jaxx organization to train pitchers,

A Certified Performance Enhancement Specialist Sarge has built and fine tuned the Strength and Training Programs for the Macomb Community College Baseball Program, Heidelberg University Baseball Team, as well as the in-house D-Jaxx players.
