This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for
participation, and submit payment.

Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately.

To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa or MasterCard
information available.

At the completion of this registration, you will see a charge on your account from HYSA-HFC.

To complete registration: If your child is new to HYSA or has not played with us within the last
two years, please send a copy of his/her birth certificate in one of the following ways!
